How to create a Bitcoin retirement plan on Bitnob
You won’t see anything about retirement on the Bitnob app, but there is a way you can create your own bitcoin retirement plan. All you need to do is create a bitcoin savings plan and name it “My Retirement Plan” (or something along that line 😅). You can download Bitnob and learn how to create your bitcoin savings plan today.
Now that you have your bitcoin retirement plan, the next thing you need is to actually have a plan to follow through to the end.
What to consider when creating a bitcoin retirement plan
First, your retirement plan should be tailored to fit what you want after retirement. To do this, you must deeply consider what you want for your future. Here are some things to consider when making your retirement plan:
How much can you set aside?
Ask yourself how much you’ll be able to set aside for your bitcoin retirement plan. Let it be something that will be easy for you to save every month without causing any inconveniences. You don’t want to struggle to meet your present needs to save for the future. Personally, I’ll be setting aside $10 every month for now. I might increase it in the future, though.
Fund your wallet before your next saving date
Make sure that your USD wallet is funded before the next saving date. For example, my salary usually comes in on the 25th, so I set my savings to plan to withdraw on the 30th. That way, the funds are readily available when it is time to save.
Have a goal
Set a goal for your retirement so that when you feel like giving up, you can remind yourself why you started in the first place. I want to be able to travel as much as I want when I retire, and this is my reason for creating a retirement plan.
Retirement could mean something different to you; perhaps you want to travel like me, or you want enough capital to start a personal business, or you want more time for family…it could be anything. So think of what’s most important to you after retiring and plan for it.
Be consistent
Lastly, be consistent with your savings. Don’t start and stop after a few months — keep at it even when you don’t feel up to it. It’s your future, and it’s in your hands. With retirement, you have to think of the bigger picture and make decisions that will get you where you want to be. It might be hard sometimes, but consistency is critical.
