Accessing your Bitnob Business account
How do I log in to my Bitnob account?
To log in, enter the email address linked to your Bitnob account. You can then choose to sign in using either your password or a passkey. Both options are available on the authentication page.
Can I log in with a password?
Yes. If you already have a password set up, you can log in by entering your email address and password, then selecting Log in with password.
Can I log in with a passkey instead?
Yes. You can choose Log in with a passkey to sign in without a password. Passkeys use your device's built-in security, such as biometrics or device authentication, to verify your identity. This option is faster and more secure than using a password.
What does "Remember me on this device for 7 days" mean?
When selected, Bitnob will keep you signed in on that device for up to 7 days. This reduces the need to log in again during that period. Only use this option on a personal or trusted device.
What should I do if I forget my password?
If you've forgotten your password, click "Forgot password?" on the screen and follow the instructions to reset it. If you use passkeys, you may not need to reset your password to sign in.
