Understanding your transactions
What are transaction statuses?
Transaction statuses show the current state of a transaction. They help you understand whether a transaction is still being processed, has been completed, or requires attention.
Where can I view my transactions?
You can view all transaction activity from the Transactions page. This page displays your transaction history in one place.
What information is shown in the transaction list?
Each transaction entry includes:
- Transaction ID
- Date
- Transaction type
- Amount
- Status
- Currency
This helps you quickly identify and track individual and bulk transactions.
How do I customize my transaction view?
Use the Add view option to customize how your transactions are displayed. This allows you to adjust the view based on your preferred criteria.
Can I search for a specific transaction?
Yes. Use the search bar at the top of the page to find transactions using relevant details such as transaction ID or other identifiers.
What your transaction status means
Pending: This means your transaction has been initiated but is still being processed. It may take some time due to network confirmations or additional checks.
Success: This means the transaction was successfully processed and the funds have been sent or received.
Failed: This means the transaction could not be completed. Common reasons include insufficient funds or incorrect details.
Can a transaction status change?
Yes. A transaction may move from Pending to Success or Failed depending on the outcome of processing.
You can view transaction statuses on the Transactions page, alongside other transaction details.
